Madison Bowers is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and has been empowering her clients to reach goals they only dreamed of for the past four years. She loves to design workouts that keep the muscles guessing but are also quick and effective. Madison also fell in love with dance as a child and enjoys incorporating Hip Hop and Ballet into her programs. While she loves to hit the squat rack, she also enjoys her weekly Yoga class. She is a self-proclaimed “Dog Mom” and an avid coffee drinker.
Daniel Bowers is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and has been motivating and educating his clients for over six years to push past their limits and achieve their potential. He is a bit of a “Renaissance Man” and has dominated six Spartan Races including the 30 mile Spartan Ultra Beast while having also performed professionally as a classically trained dancer in multiple cities across the US. He is passionate about Functional Fitness and creating programs that while fun, challenge his clients mentally and physically. He enjoys trail running in the Rocky Mountains and spending quality time with his family and friends.
