These protein cookies use minimal ingredients and can be customized to fit your needs and preferences.
I happened upon this recipe while trying to find a way to use some left over bananas we had (doesn’t it seem like there are 2 bananas always leftover).
I found a similar recipe that used a few more ingredients and cocoa powder instead protein powder.
What we like about using protein powder instead is that you can basically make any flavor of cookies you want!
These would be delicious using the Cinnamon roll Tone It Up Protein Powder!
We love these cookies for an easy grab and go snack or even a quick breakfast!
2 ripe bananas
1/4 cup of Almond Butter
2 scoops of protein powder
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
Blend together banana and the nut butter to create a thick paste. Add in the protein powder and blend well.
Add tablespoon sized scoops onto the cookie sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes.
